How It All Began
I craft handmade pottery in my Napa Valley studio, creating unique, functional art pieces inspired by a big love for plants, family, and the creative process.

I started crafting handmade pottery after my good friend Gigi invited our family to a crafts day. What began as a fun, casual outing quickly turned into something much more meaningful. I found myself captivated by the process, and soon, I was going weekly with my 9-year-old daughter Cherie. She started creating her own unique ceramic art pieces, and her enthusiasm inspired me even more.
Not long after, I joined the Art Clay Studio, and my visits became more frequent. I began experimenting with my own creations, from plates to handcrafted mugs, each piece carrying a bit of my personality and passion. I’ve always been fascinated with freehand pottery—the way the clay molds in my hands and transforms into something tangible and beautiful. It’s a kind of magic moment.
